Together we are stronger! Stand together!
In today’s world, we all need the ability to defend ourselves, once you understand the elements of self-defense and why you may need to protect yourself, you’ll be on the right track to having a better understanding of how you can defend yourself, family members and friends when the time arises. You’ll learn techniques that may give you the upper hand using the Krav-Maga style and have a better understanding of situational awareness. Nothing is a guarantee in life but if you take the steps to prolong your survival, now that's something we can live with.
Statistically, women are more likely to be assaulted than men. Therefore, we have classes specifically designed with women in mind. This class will always feature a male and female instructor. We will go over basic moves to help you escape and basic moves to help you fight back! For our Women only self-defense classes, we will have a female assistant to help facilitate. This is to help with comfort levels as well as demonstrations. We understand that some people have trauma in their past, and our goal is to help you be a survivor! We strive to give everyone the opportunity to learn self-defense in a safe, comfortable environment. If you have special needs of any kind, please feel free to let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Lately, it seems everything is on the rise. Violence in schools, mental health crisis, and drug addiction. Our youth program is here to help give some of our youth their power back. The ability to defend themselves when needed and how to avoid potentially dangerous situations.
Our youth classes are taught with a male and female instructor and we try to also have a junior instructor with us as well!
